Automated lines

Automatic lines are completely developed and made in our production. They have been successful since the very beginning and have taken a firm position on the market. They consist of individual machines: fillers, setters, sealers and labelers. Each of the individual machines is easy to integrate into an existing system or packaging line. The capacity of our lines is up to 4000 b/h.

High Demands

Automatic lines are suitable for work in the petrochemical, chemical, food, construction and pharmaceutical industries. We make lines for abrasive and agresive liquids. The filling and dosing process must meet high requirements in particular. Our fillers from the ALP series allow you to dose different types of products safely and precisely. Whether they are servo, mechanical or pneumatic, whether it is a plastic or glass bottle, with our fillers we provide you with safe and proven solutions.
The modular linear design of this filler is particularly suitable for frequent format changes and small batches. In the basic version the fillers are piston pumps with rotary or diaphragm valves. The dosing principle is volumetric which mean that a defined volume is dosed. Progressive filling, enables product dosing without foaming.

Labeling of PE, PET, glass bottles

We propose an appropriate system of orientation and selection of fasteners with placement depending on the type of fastener. The ZTL closure is made to follow the capacity of the filler. The closing of the shutter is done via a servo motor with the detection of the closing moment. Labelers from the ET series are used for labeling PE, PET, glass bottles. The maximum height of the label is 250mm. For proper labeling of the bottle, it is necessary that the bottle is correctly oriented when picking up the label. Depending on the type of packaging ( cylindrical, elliptical, square, etc.), we create appropriate modules for orienting the bottles. All functions performed by the machine such as transporting bottles, closures, execution of functions, etc. are monitored by the corresponding sensor subsystem. Managment of the work process via PLC, with built-in SIEMENS HMI. Accurate mechanical and electrical instructions.
