The automatic line is a system of connected machines made from stainless steel (washing machines, sterilization modules, fillers, setters, cappers and labelers) for packaging liquid and viscosious products in packaging of various sizes and shapes, with screw closures. Each of the individual machines is easy for integration in an already existing customers system or packaging line. In the context of industry 4.0, the automatic line posseses an online monitoring system for managing, or adjusting the customers production parameters remotely.

Linear filling machine
Dosing is done with a flow meter, a pneumatically controlled valve that also serves against dripping; the rise of the dosing tube is synchronized with the liquid level in the canister
Capper placing
The automatic system consists of a drum, a conveyor for selection and orientation, an introduction for delivery and a mechanism for placing the closure on the neck of the bottle
Automatic capper
The system positions the bottles under the head, which descends, and with its rotating movement, the shutter is twisted at the set speed and set torque; eventually the head rises back up
Automatic labeler
The bottles come to the labeling position, the head unrolls the label roll, the labels are separated from the carrier paper and stuck on the packaging. It is finished by ironing the label
