Unipak – preparation, dosing and packaging in 4-pack bags
Unipak is a highly efficient, fully automatic machine made of stainless steel, for economic packaging of viscous products in a warm state, in self-forming bags with 4 seals, max dimensions 150 x 200 mm. The operation process is controlled by PLC: preheating, dosing, measuring, bag making, welding, batch printing and finished product counting, and all machine functions are monitored by sensor subsystems. In the context of Industry 4.0, Unipak has an online monitoring system for managing, or adjusting the customer’s production parameters remotely.
