Performance at the “Interpack 2023” fair

Dusseldorf, EU, March 4, 2023 – The Omniprojekt company represented Serbia at the packaging and packaging fair “Interpack 2023” in Dusseldorf, Germany, which was the culmination of efforts and work over the past 30 years. The performance made it possible to connect with significant players in the industry, but it was also an opportunity for the Serbian manufacturer to show its expertise, quality and ability to compete on the Western market.
“We had a large number of visitors, which led to the establishment of very important contacts and the opening of business opportunities. There was also a large number of visitors from the countries of the region who wanted to see which company from Serbia was an exhibitor at the largest world fair”, pointed out Branko Babić, the owner of the company. “Our success is just another indicator that Serbian companies have the potential to appear in the global arena, but that they need more support so that there will be more Serbian exhibitors at the next fairs.”
Interpack is a renowned fair for the packaging and packaging industry, which attracts the attention of leading companies not only from Europe, but also from all over the world. This year alone, on 176,598 m2, 2,728 exhibitors from 61 countries took part, which brought 142,060 visitors from 156 countries.
“The Omniprojekt company proudly represented Serbia at the packaging and packaging fair Interpack 2023 in Dusseldorf,” said Aleksandar Bubanja, technical director, after his return. “As the only exhibitor from Serbia, we felt the responsibility to adequately display our expertise and innovation in the field of packaging machines. This fair was an opportunity to get acquainted with European and world innovations in the field of packaging, materials, equipment and trends in packaging.”

Interpack 2023 met the highest expectations. As the leading world trade fair, interpack will next be held from May 7-13, 2026. year, under the name “For pioneering innovations and development, as well as visionary impulses”. Industry and science from all over the world will present future perspectives and solutions at the packaging fair Interpack 2026. Online registration is already available from March 2024.
Interpack is an important event for the food, beverage, confectionery, bakery, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, non-food and industrial sectors. No other trade fair in the world represents the entire supply chain. And at no other fair does the packaging industry provide all industrial sectors with customized solutions and innovative designs based on such a variety of materials.
